Mediterranean – Spring 3AD

As a Ptolemaic fleet hovers in Southern Italy, Carthaginian troops allow the Egyptians into Leptis. Meanwhile, Roman fleets take charge of the Western Mediterranean but leave Southern Italy virtually undefended and allow a Macedonian fleet to breeze into the Adriatic, leaving Sicily, Ravenna, and Neapolis out in the cold. As the Greeks face imminent danger from every direction, the Egyptians take to the waves and assert dominance over the Eastern Mediterranean. However, the Persians continue their slow but impenetrable advance across Asia Minor, threating the free city of Miletus while verging on the Hellespont itself.
