Finally up (sorry for the delay!) Next moves due Saturday, same time as usual (7PM EST/Midnight GMT)

Russians yet again fail to take heavily entrenched Sinkiang as siege drags on into its second year; however, allied Sino-French forces seize key positions in Lanzhou, signaling the beginning of a potential siege of Shanghai! Russians take Baghdad, though this seems to be far from the end of British involvement in the Middle East as the retreating Royal forces move into Arabia, continue supporting Egyptian rebels against Tsarist forces!
Build moves due Friday, normal time.

As worldwide deadlock sets in, Russians shift troops into Middle East, continue assault on Japanese, fail to push remove the Chinese from their mountain strongholds! British continue to retreat, but begin to consolidate. Franco-Dutch alliance pushes into the East China Sea, but leave opening in the South Pacific as siege of Cebu begins!
Due to confusing set of moves received from France, please, please be clear in your moves — also, an extension is not an invitation to submit more moves, unless you resubmit moves for all your units to be absolutely clear. Other than that, no real notes this time, just put in moves by Tuesday please, before midnight GMT (7PM EST).

A few notes – the Ottoman Empire has collapsed, meaning that while it still has units and supply points, it puts in no moves; however, its units can still be supported, attacked, etc. As well, Assam (ASS) has defected from France to China, though France’s build still went through.

Massive clashes in lower Tibetan Plateau as the French-backed Chinese, the Russians, and the British vie for control of Assam! Japanese fail yet again to break through Russian lines, begin losing grip on southern Pacific islands! Meanwhile, Ottomans barely stave off death, recapturing Egypt and the port of Bombay! Dutch recapture Sumatra, pushing British out of the East Indies once and for all!
Assam was a huge mess, three different sides with roughly equal power is very very messy to resolve; I went with the French/Chinese winning despite the move into Assam because they still had the most troops (also to keep China alive). In other news, Ghorbani has decided to quit due to travel limitations (he’s in China and time zones make it hard to communicate with other players and turn in moves on time). Either I’ll medize him to someone (likely Britain, not Russia since that would pretty much end the game, but perhaps someone else like the Chinese to keep them afloat) or I’ll keep putting in moves for him a la Shurmer playing as the Portuguese in Sengoku (probably not this one) — basically whatever Ghorbs wants. Builds due tomorrow, I figure it’s not a big deal since it’s just builds.

Russians move troops east, continue deadlock in far eastern Siberia! Dutch and French barely force British out of Sumatra! Chinese launch another failed assault on Bengal, barely stave off Russian troops! Ottomans lose Baghdad, but slip behind British lines, prepared to seize Egypt and Bombay!
Due to repeated delays (paper), next move due Wednesday, builds on Friday.

Again, sorry for the delay. Moves due Saturday due to repeated delays on my part.

Ottomans barely stave off total destruction! Chinese suffer a serious blow, losing more than half of their remaining supply points in one turn! French attempt to betray their new Dutch ally but fail to stop reconquest of Sumatra as British are forced to retreat! Japanese forced out of northern Korea, but the Russians are unable to go on the offensive due to a lack of fleets in the area!
Brief note on SEO vs PA: while both had one support, Japan inadvertently attacked their own unit; this brings the strength of the Japanese units down to 1, which forces a retreat, but there is nowhere to retreat to.
